Filming sound

In my trailer I don't want any backing track or music. I have decided to have my main character repeating a short poem over and over again. For the slow scenes I want the poem to be said slowly and calm. Then when the trailer speeds up I want the speech to seem out of control and fast paced.

This is the poem that will be repeated,

'Poor restless dove, I pity thee;
And when I hear thy plaintive moan,'

The poem is about a trapped dove which is in relevance to the trailer where I have filmed birds flying over the pier. The reference to 'dove' also inhances the girls innocence and purity.
